10)

會員守則： |
|
1)
會員必須遵守本會規則及履行會員義務。 |

2)
會員不可做出損害本會聲譽或利益之行為。 |

3)
會員不得以本會名義向外發表損害本會聲譽或利益之言論。 |

4)
未經本會書面授權，會員嚴禁以本會名義舉辦或參與任何活動。 |

5)
會員在參與本會舉辦之活動時，必須尊重及遵守本會的一切安排。如 |
|
有違規，本會有權即時禁止其參與是項活動，而其所繳費用亦不獲退還。 |
|
6)
會員凡參加本會所舉辦的活動時，必須出示會員証，以便核對身份。 |
|
7)
本會會籍不得轉讓及出售。 |

| SECTION I - Enrolment
Information |

| 1)
Applicants must fill in the ‘Membership Application Form’ with
genuine personal data. The BYJ Friends Forever Club (Hong Kong) –
‘the Club’ reserves the right to refuse membership application or
terminate membership of those who are found to have purposely
provided false personal data to the Club. |

| Upon
admission by the Club and the payment of annual membership fee, new
members will be issued membership cards. A handling fee of HKD20
will be charged for each replacement membership card. |

All applicants shall agree to and observe the Membership Rules
of the Club after becoming members. Members are required to pay
the prescribed fees for participating in activities organized by the
Club. |

| 5)
The Club will not accept any liability or responsibility for the
personal behaviour of, or any statement made by any individual
member. |
| |
| 6)
The Club makes the final decision to expel any member who violates
the Membership Rules of the Club. |
| |
| 7)
Any fees paid to the Club will not be refunded to members who either
voluntarily withdraw from the Club or are expelled from the Club. |

| 8)
The Club reserves the final right to interpret The Club’s
Membership Rules. |
| |
| 9)
The Club reserves the right to update and amend the Club’s
Enrolment Information, Membership Rules and Membership
Rights. |

| 10)
The Club observes strict confidentiality of members’ data and will
not release or disclose such data without their prior consent. |

| Membership Rules
|
| 1)
Members must observe the Club’s Membership Rules and carry
out
the duties as a member
of the Club. |
| 2)
Members must not do anything that is harmful to the reputation or
contrary to the interest of the Club. |
| 3)
Members must not make any statement, in the name of the Club, that
is harmful to the reputation of the Club or contrary to the interest
of the Club. |
| 4)
Without the written authorization of the Club, members are strictly
forbidden from organizing or participating in any activity in the
name of the Club. |
| 5)
Members must respect and abide by the arrangements made by the Club
when participating in any activities organized by the Club. The Club
has the right to immediately terminate the participation in any Club
activity by a member who is in breach of any Membership Rules. The
participation fee will not be refunded. |
| 6)
Members must present their membership cards for identification
purpose when participating in any activity organized by the Club |
| 7)
The Club membership is non-transferable and non-saleable. |
| |
| Membership Rights |
| 1)
Members enjoy the right to participate in all activities organized
by the Club. |
| 2)
Members enjoy the right to purchase items and publications etc
provided by the Club at members’ rates. |
| 3)
Members may upload or download any material, or express their
opinion at the Club’s website. |
| |

from Section III of this notice. Affix your recent photo (passport
size) to the form on the space provided. |
